MOQ & lead time inquiry

No general minimum order quantity or lead time is stated on this site, because no general figure is evidenced, and a figure stated for one model cannot be assumed for another. This page explains what to ask, and why the only trade figures on this site belong to two single model pages.

The only trade figures on this site

The QDD-400G-SR8 model page states its own trade block — minimum order 1 piece, packaging 4pcs per plastic plate, delivery Within 1-3 work days, payment L/C, T/T and Credit Card, supply 10,000 pcs per month, warranty 1 Year — from that model's own detail page, for that page only. The NF524G-SFP model page states its own trade block — minimum order 1 pieces, sample delivery 1~2 work days, payment Western Union, T/T and L/C, supply 1000 pcs per week — from that model's own detail page, for that page only. No other page states trade figures, and neither block transfers to any other page, family, or the site, because a term stated for one model is not a term for another.

What to ask, for any model

Ask for the minimum order quantity for the exact model, and ask what it counts: pieces, cartons, or orders, because a minimum stated in one unit is not the same as a minimum stated in another. Ask for the lead time, and ask what it counts from: order, payment, or production start, because a lead time counted from order is not the same as a lead time counted from payment, and a lead time that excludes shipping is not a delivery time. Ask for the payment, shipping and warranty terms, the specification, and the certificates, by name, with documents attached.

What to confirm, in the inquiry

Name the model, the equipment it must serve, the quantity you have in mind, and the market you sell into. Ask for the minimum order quantity for that model, the lead time with its meaning, the payment and shipping terms, the warranty terms, the specification for the exact model, and the certificates that apply to your market, by name, with documents attached. Confirm all figures in writing, before payment, because a figure confirmed after payment is a figure that cannot be relied on.

Before payment, confirm the minimum order quantity, lead time, payment, shipping and warranty terms for your order. Certificates are available upon request.
